We don’t offer you any of that because there is no point. Offering money and material goods as incentives does not produce a solid, motivated team; it only attracts people who move on to the next better offer.
We are interested in a long-term partnership with our employees. That is why we feel it is important to strengthen identification with the company and to motivate colleagues with values that money cannot buy. This starts with permanent contracts and flexible working hours and extends to encouraging further training and taking the tax consultants’ exam. In principle, everyone has the opportunity to become a partner in our company.
Because of our flat-to-non-existent hierarchy each employee is an equal part of the company and trainees are taken as seriously as the partners. This is supported by the Scandinavian way of addressing everyone in the company informally. It extends to many decision-making processes.
In our company, it is generally possible to become a tax consultant, tax specialist, tax assistant, financial and payroll accountant, trained office assistant, marketing and organisational executive, or IT administrator
